I recently stayed at this hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was impressed with the attention to detail, including the inclusion of a fridge in the room. The location was convenient, close to the airport but without any noticeable noise. Additionally, breakfast was included in the price and offered a good selection of food. I particularly enjoyed making my own waffles using the waffle maker. for the value and services provided, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially considering its convenient location near the airport. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail in the furnishings. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a fridge in the room, which made it convenient for storing drinks and snacks. The basic amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was simple but satisfying.

The check-in person and check-out person (both male) were surly and not very helpful at all, so I would not stay there again or recommend this location.

Had a great Xmas at this newly renovated hotel close to the airport. the hot and cold breakfast options were excellent and the shuttle bus to the airport made traveling a breeze. the location was also ideal being only a short distance from the airport and other attractions. the WiFi service in the room was also impressive, making it easy to stay connected.
The AC in the room wasn't great as it did not provide an exchange of air, which resulted in a musty smell. the decor and fittings in the room were dated and could use an upgrade.

The hotel's location was great, close to good restaurants and coffee shops. It also offered a shuttle service to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good Wi-Fi connection.
The staff was very unfriendly, especially the manager. They charged extra fees and didn't give any explanation.

Night security woke us by phone at 2 A.M. to register a noise complaint. We were half asleep and there was no noise. No-one ever came to ivestigate.

it is quite convinent to the international airport with free shuttle bus at late night. also, the room is clean and there are some good restaurants near the hotel.

Reception staff were excellent in directing us to restaurants that would be open when we arrived fairly late in the evening. As well, they helped us determine what bus to catch to get to the ferry and where to go to catch the bus. The beds were really comfortable Great location for Ikea, Costco and other Richmond area shopping exercursions as well as walking distance to the casino
There was a kind of smell in the room.. maybe like it had just been painted or cleaned with a chemical. We slept with the window open and it was fine. Didn't let the hotel staff know so not sure what it is was but it wasn't overpowering or anything.
